Requirements

Children need to be 3, 4 or 5 at the start of school and should be potty trained or at least willing to toilet.  To apply please provide a current and up-to-date immunization record and fill out the registration form provided below.  Paperwork can be emailed to us or mailed to 1602 H St, Tekamah NE 68061.
